Taking a trip down memory lane
Things have changed One thing remains
That they will always have each other
And even though those days have gone
They know here is where they belong
Theres some kinda magic in the air

Feel the warmth
That only summer breezes can bring
Sweet little notes of spring begin
Nothing to fear

Taking one step at a time
Walking hand in hand
1 2 3 4
Cheek to cheek
And theyre learning How to do that dance
Let this love be forever more they say
I wish for this, to be true for you and me

Holding her close he leading the way
Out at the park Enjoying the Day
And you can tell theyll be ok
Feel the warmth
That only summer breezes can bring
Sweet little notes of spring begin
Nothing to fear

Taking one step at a time
Walking hand in hand
1 2 3 4
Cheek to cheek
And theyre learning How to do that dance
Let this love be forever more they say
I wish for this, to be true for you and me

Taking one step at a time
Walking hand in hand
1 2 3 4
Cheek to cheek
And theyre learning How to do that dance
Let this love be forever more they say
I wish for this, to be true for you and me
To be true for you and me
To be true for you and me
You and me
You and me

Are you happy ?

You don’t need anyone else’s permission to be happy. Your life is magnificent not because someone says it is, but because you choose to see it as such.

I came across this article and find that it is very useful and will like to share with all: http://www.timeoutsingapore.com/aroundtown/feature/treasure-in-the-trash

For your benefits of saving the time to read the whole article. I had summarized as below, point 4-7 is good. :
  1. For second-hand dealer Barang Guru (www.barangguru.com), fax or email them a list of items you want to sell; the buyers will make a house call to check out how much your stuff is really worth.
  2. There is also Rag and Bone Services (www.ragnbone.com.sg), which claims to be ‘Singapore’s first online karang guni’, and offers 24-hour collection services and cash-on-collection. Of course, you can always sell your unwanted stuff at a garage sale or online at prices you are happy with.
  3. Cash Converters (www.cashconverters-asia.com). This second-hand store will hand over instant cash for any items in ‘working condition and that have a resale value.
  4. The Salvation Army (www.salvationarmy.org.sg) has seven collection bins island-wide; items are sold at Red Shield Industries family thrift shops.
  5. The Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (www.scwo.org.sg) also has a New 2 U Thrift Shop, where funds raised go towards a crisis shelter for victims of family violence and those in need of protection.
  6. MINDS (Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore, www.minds.org.sg) has a Treasure MINDS store where members learn to arrange sale items and serve customers.
  7. For other recycling resources, visit the Singapore Environment Council website atwww.sec.org.sg.
  8. Gramophone music stores (www.gramophone.com.sg) Sell your used CDs, VCDs and DVDs at Gramophone’s UOB Centre (#03- 01) and The Cathay (#01-22/23/24)outlets. Depending on condition and demand, rates range from $1-$3 for CDs and $3-$7 for DVDs.
  9. Second-hand stores (www.sgbuyers.com) Second-hand bookstores are dwindling but other stores dealing in ‘preowned’ bags, watches and vintage clothes are proliferating
